Who am I ?
I have been using retherm or regeneration systems
for the last 20 years. My experience is predominately in the
Health Care Industry although I have had experience with retherm
in other industries such as colleges, business and industry,
corrections, hotels and restaurants. I have used all the brands
of systems and implemented varied service formats using them.
I have operated bulk retherm systems and plated tray systems.
I always wanted to take the time and write about my experiences.
So many people call me and ask for advice and I have always
thought that it would be good to share a standard message with
everyone without having to wait for the call.
I am passionate about retherm because I really do believe it
is the safest and most effective way of operating an institutional
feeding location. It is the only way I have been able to shine
as an operator and show that I bring value to an organization.
More important though, it is the only way that I have been able
to provide quality outcomes to my community’s loved ones
– remember they are sick and frail and I must make sure
my food and my service is healthy, strong, and safe –
I want my service to yield happiness and through advanced meal
systems that use rethermalization / regeneration, I get the
results I want and they expect.

Well, okay, this website is one perspective
and that is mine but it does come from years of experience with
all types of retherm / regen systems.
So, take it for what it is worth and see if a bit or all of
the information is useful to you. One never knows. I may help

I may help you ask the right questions when you investigate
the systems out there. I may just help you learn how to implement
a system in your facility or better yet, determine and understand
all the great advantages of adopting a modern advanced meal
